SIMPLE AND EASY PULAV

 Ingredients
Pulav Rice : 2 Cups( Soak in water for ½ to 1 hour)
Carrot  Diced : 1 Medium
Green Peas : 1 cup
Cauliflower : 1 cup
Green Cardamom: 3-4
Cinnamon : 1”
Black Cardamom : 2
Chakra Phool : 2-3 
Bay leaves : 2
Cloves : 3-4
Ghee : 2Tbsp
Salt

Method
   
  • Cook the rice till 3/4 done. Remove the excess water and keep aside.  
  • Heat ghee  in a wok and add the cinnamon, cloves, bay leaf,  Chakra Phool and Green and Black cardamoms. Stir for few seconds until it gets the desired fragrance. 
  • Add carrot, cauliflower  green peas and salt , mix well in lower flame, and cook covered for about 5 mins .
  •  Now add cooked rice and mix well.
